Hey everyone, been awhile…again…I’m glad to be back to show off something different than what I’m use to. This is my girlfriend’s newly modded 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD-Sport 4×4 overlanding hotness. She’s been wanting to do something on her Tacoma for awhile and with the start of her employment at Gatto’s Tires Service she got some great discounts on some parts.
After much research and putting what her wants and needs are she settled on Rough Country 4 inch lift. We had to comb through hundreds of threads on forums on people’s opinion on them. It’s more of a mixed bag on people’s reaction, it was hard to figure out from people who do off-roading every weekend that needs a better setup to the person that just wants the tougher look of a lifted truck without breaking the bank. This setup from Rough Country works for what she needs.
With that done we looked to wheels and it was pretty easy. She went with Rotiform SIX-OR wheels 17×9 in matte black. We were looking at a set of wheels from Stealth Custom but they only release wheels every 3-4 months and they go out fast! So we’ll pick up a set later down the road but these Rotiform’s are amazing looking on trucks.
For tires she ended up with Toyo Tires Open Country M/T in 33s, such an aggressive look and surprisingly not loud on the road. No rubbing, but if we decide to go 35’s we’ll need to do the cab mount chop, but for right now it looks amazing.
Till this past Sunday when we were cleaning out the garage I saw the roof box and decided to see how it will look on the Taco. The girlfriend was not pleased with my suggestion but I as soon as I was done mounting it to the roof, the clouds parted and a ray of golden sunshine came from the heavens and it looks overlandmazing! Enjoy the pictures everyone and I hope you like the new truck to our growing stable.

Sorry I’ve been MIA for over a month, just been going through some more wonderful personal issues. Hopefully this coming month will be better, got lots planned like a week trip to Seattle, WA, Liberty Walk Summer Bash 2, Turner Evolution in Daytona, it’s going to be a nice busy month.
So this post is another throwback to last year at SEMA when the fellas at Boden Autohaus unveiled their gorgeous 2008 Audi R8. The air ride was supplied by AccuAir over the OEM shocks with a set of Rotiform 3 piece OZT all the way around. A widebody kit from Prior Design finishes off the look of this R8, it’s hard to modify such an already perfect supercar from the factory like the R8. But Boden certainly out did themselves with this build. Enjoy the pictures everyone and stay tuned for more content very soon!

Lot of first with this car so far. My first Audi, first wagon, first air setup, and first time with rotiforms. I’m so use to modding Summer that when I started to mod Autumn I was going with the thought of a cheap quick set of coilovers and rep wheels. I mean it’s my daily, I wasn’t going to sink all of my money into it…yeah that quickly went out the window when I talk to my boy at cloud9ab. I haven’t been this happy with a daily in a very long time. I’m so happy where it’s at now, now it’s back to getting some stuff for Summer.

I love seeing this S2000 owned by Matt Hamilton out in person. I’ve seen this S2000 ever since it had just a set of black CCW on a meaty setup back in 2011. I actually I haven’t seen it in almost a year and I was speechless with how it looks now. It sounds so beast with that J’s racing exhaust spewing out all those fumes from the spinning HKS supercharger. So jealous of the parts he put on his S2000, he’s definitely pushed me to get back on modding my own S2000. I actually got 2 big mods coming tomorrow and next week, hopefully I can hang with Matt till I save up some more money…like a milli.

Got all of Rolex photos edited and uploaded, as well as a bonus 2015 SoWo photoshoot I did up in the mountains of my buddies flared Cayman. It’s going to be a good week!
It’s been a full year since I shot Cheo’s M3, it was a gorgeous bimmer slammed on coilovers with rotiform wheels. For 2014 he went lower and crazier in wheel sizing. Enjoy the pictures everyone

These may seem recent but these were my last photo set I shot with my Canon 40D back in Dec 2012. I never liked how these pictures came out due to the sun popping in and out, but my friend keeps asking for them. So here they are, finally, I hope you enjoy them.

Finally got around to finishing up the rest of Jon’s photo shoot. I’m actually really pleased on how these turned out. Even if it was at a crappy location and it was a real quick shoot. Enjoy guys!
I did a quick shoot of my friend’s Ek9 hatch. He has changed that car more than I change my underwear. I mean change everything, not just little bits here and there. This car is just a prime example of hard work (mostly done by him) and just loving the car modified scene. I work with the guy and all of the crazy, funny, out of his mind antics he does at work, you’d scratch your head thinking “HE built that?” lol!
But like they say, “The Car is a representation of it’s owner”
Yeah, fucking MAD!
More of this set later on
